GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be processed within 48 business hours. Items are shipped via USPS for domestic orders including Puerto Rico and Canada.
Our transit times are based on USPS posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.
Standard Ground: 1-5 Business Days
International Shipping: Please allow for 10 to 14 days for delivery
Orders placed on a Friday may not ship till Monday. We do not ship over the weekends or holidays.
Domestic orders below a $198.99 receive a standard flat rate of $10 (subject to vary based on certain factors)
Domestic orders $199 and over receive free shipping
International orders do not receive free shipping and the shipping rate is subject to vary based on location.
ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION**

Orders placed by or before 10AM of the day will ship that same day***
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information allowing you to track your order.
Because an order cannot be cancelled once a shipping label has been created, please contact us within 4 hours of your order. After that, your request will be treated as a return request.
