Shipping Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is placed, it is processed within 1 to 3 business days. Domestic orders, including Puerto Rico and Canada, ship via USPS.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard Ground: 1 to 5 business days.
International Shipping: please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery.

TRANSIT TIMES

Transit times are based on USPS posted delivery days. We cannot guarantee receipt of your order within the stated number of days where there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors outside our control.

SHIPPING RATES

Domestic and international USPS shipping rates vary based on location and product weight, and are calculated at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders placed by 10am may ship the same day. Orders placed on a Friday may not ship until Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.

CANCELLING ORDERS

An order cannot be cancelled once a shipping label has been created. Please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. After that, your request will be treated as a return request.
