Returns
What is the Vie Riche return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are unworn, unwashed and still have the original tags attached. Returns are issued as store credit. Store credit does not expire.
Is there a fee to return an item?
Yes. Returns are subject to a $12 return handling fee, deducted automatically from the store credit issued. A $30 item therefore returns $18 in store credit. Original shipping charges are not refunded, as they covered the cost of delivering the order. The $12 fee is waived for verified damaged or defective items.
How do I start a return?
Submit a return request through your account before shipping anything back. Log in with the email used on the order, open the order, and select the items to return. Returns sent back without an approved request are rejected. Keep your return label as proof of postage, as Vie Riche is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
What cannot be returned?
Sale items, marked-down styles and anything marked FINAL SALE are not returnable. Accessories, beauty products, masks, bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, shapewear and undergarments are also excluded. Sets must be returned complete, both pieces together. Items returned that do not meet the requirements are subject to a restocking fee of 30% to 50%.
How long do I have once I have a return label?
Send the items back within 2 to 3 days of receiving the label for full store credit. Items sent 15 days later receive 50% store credit, and items sent a month later receive 25%.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
Direct exchanges are not processed. Return the item for store credit, then use that credit to order the size or style you want.
How long does a return take to process?
Allow 5 to 7 business days after the return reaches the warehouse. Store credit is emailed once processing is complete.
Can international customers return?
Yes, though not through the website. International customers arrange and pay for their own return label, ship to Vie Riche Returns, 727 Commercial Avenue, Unit C, Carlstadt, NJ 07072, and email customerservice@vie-riche.com with the items, the reason and the tracking number. International returns are issued as store credit.
I received a damaged item. What do I do?
Email a photo to customerservice@vie-riche.com within 1 to 2 days of delivery, or submit a return request selecting the damaged or defective reason. The $12 handling fee is waived once the issue is verified.
How do I redeem store credit?
Paste the store credit code at checkout in the Discount Code or Gift Card box. Store credit does not expire.
Shipping
How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 10am may ship the same day. Orders placed Friday may not ship until Monday, and there is no weekend or holiday shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Standard ground is 1 to 5 business days. International delivery takes 10 to 14 days. Transit times follow USPS posted delivery days and cannot be guaranteed against carrier delays or weather.
Who ships my order?
Domestic orders, including Puerto Rico and Canada, ship via USPS. Tracking is emailed once the order ships.
What does shipping cost?
Rates vary by location and product weight and are calculated at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact customerservice@vie-riche.com within 4 hours of ordering. Once a shipping label is created the order cannot be cancelled and the request is handled as a return.
Sizing and fit
What sizes does Vie Riche carry?
Most styles run S through 3XL, with some in XS. The CORE hoodie sets come in ten colorways across the full range and are also made in kids sizing. Full measurements are on the size guide.
Do the tees run big or small?
It depends on the cut. Boxy and oversized styles are cut wide through the body and shoulder by design. Performance and jersey styles run closer to true to size. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or down for a fitted look.
What does GSM mean on a t-shirt or hoodie?
GSM is grams per square metre, the weight of the fabric. Higher numbers mean heavier, denser cloth that holds its shape. A standard tee sits around 180 GSM. Vie Riche heavyweight tees run 400 to 420 GSM and the hoodies run 450 GSM french terry, which is why they hang with more structure than a typical tee.
How do sets work for sizing?
Sets are sold as a matching top and bottom in the same size. Order your top size and the bottoms match. Mixmatch and interchangeable sets can also be worn as separates.
Products
Do items get restocked?
Most pieces are produced in small runs and are not restocked once they sell through. If a size or colorway is gone, it is usually gone for good.
What is VR-MTO?
VR-MTO is the Vie Riche made-to-order line, cut and printed after the order is placed. It carries artwork and colorways not available in stocked product, at the same shipping rate as the rest of the range.
What other brands does Vie Riche carry?
Alongside the house line, the store carries guest brands including Chosen, Dissorder, Stray, Genuine, Unknown, Vicious and Crafted, each with its own collection page.
