COVID-19 Update

Since we’re working at a reduced capacity, order fulfillment will take longer than our previous shipping times.  Our warehouse is working at a reduced capacity to keep everything safe for the warehouse staff and our packages.  Please note that delays can be up to 14 days in shipping.  Any questions please contact our customer service team.



Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be processed within 48 business hours. Items are shipped via USPS for domestic orders including Puerto Rico and Canada.



Our transit times are based on USPS posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.


Standard Ground: 1-5 Business Days
International Shipping: Please allow for 10 to 14 days for delivery
2-Day Shipping: 2-day Shipping means 2 business days. Orders may take 24 hours to process through our systems prior to shipping.  There will be no exceptions for this.  Orders placed on a Friday may not ship till Monday.  We do not ship over the weekends or holidays.



Domestic & International order USPS shipping rates vary, based on location and product weight.



Please note that the orders are only processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
Orders placed by or before 10AM of the day will ship that same day***

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information allowing you to track your order


Because an order cannot be cancelled once a shipping label has been created, please contact us within 4 hours of your order. After that, your request will be treated as a return request.
